To us people usually have to happen something bad to appreciate what we have. Most often, we focus on things we lack, we are not satisfied or pleased and forget to look at beautiful and positive things.
More often, we forget to be grateful for what we have.
While we could see what we have and be grateful for all the wonderful things that surround us, as this makes us more optimistic and happy.
Be grateful and say thank you! This wonderful word Thank you is a miracle!
- Thanks means to realize that there exist other people. Although we tend to behave like those around us we should always be together and that their existence in our lives is something absolutely natural, need to remember that they actually are a gift. We have to enjoy them and to thank them because we are friends.
- For those unpleasant moments they have created. Perhaps the most difficult is to see them kindly on those who have done you harm. But staying there with resentment brings you actually no benefits. Better try to observe what you learn from these experiences and to be pleased you pass them.
- For your health. When you’re having a health problem, you feel unlucky and you feel that should not under any circumstances happen to you. But do not forget to say thanks for times when you felt good, probably were numerous.
- For times when you experienced positive emotions. Remember the times when you had feelings for something or someone, because they are part of your evolution and you have to enjoy them.
