Healthy sweets!

S omething sweet ! When you have a sweet appetite, but you are aware that summer is coming and you have to fit in the bathing suit, it makes you nervous that you can not eat a dessert because you can add a few extra pounds. The weight loss does not mean that You do not have the right to “dabble” from time to time with a dessert.

It can save you a healthy, quick and tasty dessert, important not to overdo it! To get the desired results you have to satisfy your sweet appetite only occasionally. The best solution is to prepare them yourself to know exactly what ingredients are used!

I recommend you try this dessert!


  • 200 grams of dried prune;
  • 100 grams of walnuts;
  • 200 grams of nuts;
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut flakes (optional);
  • 1-3 tablespoons of cocoa powder or carob;
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey (depends how sweet you want it to be);
  • 2-3 tablespoons coconut oil;

Method of preparation:

  • Before we get started, we put the walnuts, dried plums and dates for 1h in water ;
  • These together with the rest of the ingredients are put in the blender and mixed until a homogeneous, crunchy, slightly sticky consistency is achieved that you have to be able to easily mold it with your hands. 
  •  Wrap a baking sheet or press some coconut to prevent it from sticking to the tray, then pour the composition, spread it well and flatten it a little.
  • Move the dish to the refrigerator to harden it.
  • Meanwhile, prepare the chocolate glaze. Melt the coconut oil and add 1 cubed cocoa and 1 bunch of cocoa.
  • Remove the counter from the refrigerator and evenly mix the chocolate mixture on top. 
  • Put the bowl again in the freezer for 1h if you want to eat it faster or refrigerated for at least three hours or even overnight.
  • Cut the mix in the desired shape! Keep the rest in the refrigerator. It is recommended to be enjoyed with a green tea. About the benefits of green tea read here:
