Raw vegan candy, for energy free from gluten, sugar and other preservatives, absolutely delicious!
There are not expensive ingredients, actually quite affordable. They are easy to make and can be liked by children and adults! The only downside the candies will be gone fast!
- 90 gr. pitted dates (20 pcs.)
- 30 gr. walnuts
- 10 gr. of carob or cocoa powder mix (2 tablespoons)
- 40 grams coconut oil
- 10 grams cocoa or carob powder mix
- 10 grams agave syrup / liquid honey / stevia
How to prepare:
Mix the walnuts, dates, cocoa in a blender until we get a sticky, soft paste. Form the balls (you may need to wet the palms) of the desired size. We put them in the freezer for 20-30 min.
Meanwhile prepare the glaze: melt the coconut oil and make the chocolate sauce and sink the frozen balls into it, but leave them in the freezer for 10 minutes.
So simple and delicious, it is worth trying, I promise that you will not remain disappointed!
